EXCHANGE & RETURN

We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product of the same design, same colour and type of a different size within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference. Buyer will bear the costs of deliveries and returns. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must email us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 3 days of receiving your products.

FAULTY/DAMAGE GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.qutncotton.com . However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
